Position: Full-Time Painter
Location: Muskoka, ON - Various on-site locations. Bracebridge, ON - In-shop work.

Fulton Custom Painting is a year round interior/exterior painting company dedicated to delivering high-quality painting services to our clients in Muskoka. With over 14 years in business, we are committed to high quality, efficient work on luxury homes, cottages and boathouses.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching as necessary.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Protect surrounding areas from paint drips, overspray, and other potential damage.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Ability to lift upwards of 80lbs.
Comfortable working from ladders/heights.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and timelines.
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings is an asset but not required.
Proficiency in preparing surfaces and applying various types of paint and finishes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to painting.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Ability to maintain communication with off-site supervisors via cellphone, including data for GPS/accessibility to properties.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a requirement. No exceptions.
